Many items are handmade and therefore slight variances shall be expected.

Orders are non-refundable, however, please do not hesitate to contact us should there be any issue with your order.

Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted on the product listing. This does not include shipping time.

Shipping:
Shipping days are Mon-Fri. You will receive a tracking number via the email address provided when your order ships.

  • We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
  • Shipping is available to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes.
  • International shipping is available for certain items. Customer is responsible for any customs fees due. 

Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order, but once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays, damage, or loss may occasionally occur. While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, we’re committed to supporting you through the process. If this happens, please contact us right away — we’ll gladly help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier and provide any documentation needed.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of many items, returns are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us. In some cases, we may offer exchanges or store credits.
